It is expected through this discussion the youth of Pakistan is introduced to the two realities
of life – Being a Pakistani and a Musalmaan.
Based on the discussion how do you see your role as a Musalmaan in the modern World?
Since in modern world the sins have become normal in everyday life. My role as a musalmaan in the
modern world is to first get myself protected from these sins. Hence the teaching of Islam in the
modern world is not fully approachable by everyone so my main role will be to get everyone
acknowledge about Islam. As we can see that the propaganda against Islam is catching a peak in
modern world and people are getting wrong education so I'll be a great help in getting people
correctly educated.
Q. 2 While discussing the topic “Gender Interaction” we exhaustively discussed some objections
prevalent in the Western Society and within our Society. How would you like to respond to the
objection that:
Perusing economic objectives at the cost of all other principals, in my view is not an Islamic aim.
Furthermore, if Islamic law is correctly observed, material development would not be hampered.
Complete openness and freedom are normal in western society and also in their environment and
people all over the world now want to adopt that environment. In Islamic societies this act is
forbidden in Islamic families. Hence the judgement is getting normal in modern family so people got
into judgement when they see this act in Islamic countries.
Q. 3 The youth of Pakistan, the University students are now fast approaching the age of marriage. It is
most critical to know the importance of this most sacred and blessed institution BEFORE venturing
into it.
We discussed the concept of Haq Meher. How do you look at this beautiful concept of Haq Meher?
Nikkah is one the most important thing in Islam and it cannot be performed without any wealth. This
wealth is called haq meher. Allah Almighty made this mandatory for all Muslims. It is a necessary
condition of marriage in Islam. The man is financially responsible for woman he's bringing home. It is
a symbolic representation of this duty. The price of haq meher is not specified by the sharah. The
woman family has to decide the amount

Q. 5 During our class sessions and discussions we comprehensively discussed the PURPOSE of life.
Allah says in the Quran (62:2): “He it is Who sent among the unlettered ones a Messenger
(Muhammad SAW) from among themselves, reciting to them His Verses, purifying them (from the
filth of disbelief and polytheism), and teaching them the Book (this Quran, Islamic laws and Islamic
jurisprudence) and Al-Hikmah (As-Sunnah: legal ways, orders, acts of worship, etc. of Prophet
Muhammad SAW). And verily, they had been before in mainfest error;”
The Arabic word tazkia means self-sanctification or self-purification. This is the process or getting
control on our nafs and also transforming our nafs to a state of purity and obedience to Allahs will to
various spiritual stages. To put it another way tazkia means to make it beautiful and get rid of all bad
traces amd supernatural diseases that are obstacles.
Q. 6 Do you think the boys and girls in IAC can work together in groups in the Studio work and be
together in class rooms? Does Islam permit this interaction or not?
Base your reply on Allah’s directives both for “believing men” & “believing women” on the
class discussion we had under Gender Interaction.
In my opinion there should be no any obligation in society that boys and girls are sitting together and
working together in classrooms. But every act has limits and in Islam is based on limitations. It is
clarified from Allah Almighty that Allah didn't impose any restrictions in social interaction but Allah
put some limits that we have to be in discipline and in behaviour.
