leading products and services including Lending (corporate and consumer), Deposit-taking,
Foreign Exchange, Brokering, Trust and Investments, Credit Cards, Corporate Cash Management
and Remittances in the Philippines. Through its local subsidiaries, the Bank offers Investment
Banking, Private Banking, Leasing and Finance, Rural Banking, Life Insurance, Insurance
Brokerage and Stock Brokerage services.  BDO is ranked as the largest bank in the Philippines to
date in terms of total assets, loans, deposits, capital and trust funds that remains top 1 bank in the
country.

RECOMMENDATION:
BDO is have a high turnover from beginner employees that company is just a training ground for
those workers want an experience only, especially on fresh graduates that lead on the BDO to
have less quality employees stay and, lack of new skills and capabilities of young workers. Also
the pay on overtime of employees, vacation leave due to the heavy transactions that one of the
weakness in working in BDO. But in compensation in health related benefits company provide
excellently that they provide employees a good care with health insurances. These some
recommendation will help BDO to gain and return the quality workers in market.
