Creating an e-portfolio takes place even before your ready to add drafts to your website.
To accomplish an e-portfolio, the text recommends to step back and evaluate your performance.

the end will be easier. The text states, “writing to learn,” which can be achieved through
thorough self-analysis in reflection. Having and knowing your target audience is also a key
aspect in articulating an e-portfolio. Since I am aware that the target audience for my e-portfolio
is my instructor, I can specifically identify questions to ask myself before adding any drafts or
finished papers.
Choosing the entries for my e-portfolio is a process that needs to consider both the
purpose of the portfolio and the principle of variety. It’s important to include writings that you
feel confident about and satisfied with, rather than the ones that frustrated you to the core. Using
your gut feeling and being conscious of the e-portfolio thesis is vital to have a successful
outcome. Lastly revising, editing, and proofreading, are all crucial parts of an e-portfolio. It is
essential to remember, revising a piece of your writings numerous times means the editing,
proofreading process needs to be done multiple times too. Time management is vital to give each
part of the e-portfolio the attention it needs so it can turn out exceptional.
