Lighting Systems

Light Switch On Tractors with SG2 Cab


On Tractors with "Sealed Beam" Lighting
System

The light switch is connected direct to the battery


via the circuit breaker and is independent of the
main switch.

On Tractors Without SG2 Cab

To check the switch make sure that the connected


circuits are in good condition (see wiring diagram).

When checking the light switch, disconnect wiring


and check terminals for continuity using an ohm
meter or test lamp.

Replacing Bulbs
Tractors with "Bilux" Lighting System

WORKLIGHTS ANO HEADLIGHTS

When replacing a headlight bulb proceed as fol!ows:

1. Unscrew the two slotted screws of headlight

2. Remove headlight unit, detach rubber cap and

3. Re place bulb.

3. Loosen retaining clip and remove bulb.

NOTE: Do not touch bufb with hand (see fig. 5).

TAIL, STOP ANO TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS 1. Disengage both spring clips and remove tail
light glass (see figs. 7 and 8).
On Tractors without SG2 Cab
2. Push in bulb slightly while turning to the left
or the right. Remove and replace bulb.

On Tractors with SG2 Cab

1. Unscrew both Phillips screws and remove tail light


glass (fig. 9).

2. Push in bulb slightly while turning to the left


or right. Remove and replace bulb.

2. Push in turn signa! light bu/b slightly while
turning to the left or the right. Remove bulb.

3. Push clearance light bulb slightly to the right and


remove.
4. Replace bulbs.

1. Unscrew both Philips screws and remove clear

fit reflector with rubber mounting into work light
housing.

NOTE: The worklight has no repfaceab/e bu/bs.


Rep/ace reflector unit if filament is burnt out.

1. Unscrew the four Phillips screws and remove tail


light glass.

2. Remove hazard warning light glass and replace


bulb.

On Tractors with SG2 Cab

1. Unscrew both Phillips screws and remove


hazard warning light glass.

2. Slightly push in bulb and turn to the left.


Remove bulb.
