Dear Sir,
PRAN Dairy Limited should take the opportunity to thank BRAC Bank Limited for your sincere effort
and excellent services and feel privileged to be associated with such a reputed Bank.

Usually we import most of the raw materials of PRAN Dairy Limited from foreign market. Besides the
Import we have to buy few more consumable materials from local market. In recent times the prices of
the raw materials have gone down, hence we have procured production materials from the local market.
As we have a revolving short term loan line with your bank, therefore we would like to use that line to get
refinancing for the already procured production materials.
We are providing all the invoices for which we need refinancing. And we would also like to declare that
we did not take any finance from any financial institution against these invoices. In this regards we are
requesting you to credit BDT 150.00 Million (Fifteen million) to our OD A/C held with your branch in
name of PRAN Dairy Limited at earliest convenience.
We are delighted to have you as one of our esteemed lenders and look forward to a cordial and long
lasting relationship with your organization. Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
