Lubrication accounts for a small part of the overall maintenance budgets and the right

QuinSyn fluids are the only fluids good enough to fill each compressor that leaves our factory. Not an off-the-shelf lubricant, the
proprietary QuinSyn base stocks and additive packages have been selected and refined based on years of engineering research,

QuinSyn® PG is a custom-blended polyalkalene glycol (PAG) and polyester (POE) fluid.

Ideal for hot and humid environments and offers excellent lubrication at high and low temperatures,

TS - 70 MOLY PASTE
TS-70 Moly Paste is a thread compound with 70% molybdenum disul de, NLGI No.2, especially
suitable for wet or corrosive conditions, including subsea applications. It has highly consistent
torque values for makeup and breakout.

TS-70 is a general purpose moly paste with many uses. It has proven to be an outstanding
lubricant for a saltwater environment, above and below the surface: subsea riser, BOP, ange
equipment and structural bolts. Other applications are components for press ttings, threads in
tapping, boundary lubricating of parts in assembly and make-up, bushings of heavily loaded slow
moving bearings, and many more. Apply by brushing or burnishing.

TS-70, with 70% by weight of molybdenum disul de, provides uniform and durable boundary
lubrication under extreme pressure, in wet or corrosive environments, and over a wide
temperature range. Its coe cient of friction nearly approaches that of pure MoS2, and superior
wear protection is assured. TS-70 does not contain metals.

TS - 90 MOLY Gear Concentrate

TS-90 is made from a blend of high-quality polymers and moly. When added to finished oil, it coats all
surfaces with a tough, slippery film. The polymers help the oil to withstand higher loads than normal.
Friction is reduced, allowing moving surfaces to operate smoother and quieter under varying load
conditions. Lower friction reduces operating temperatures. TS-90 Moly Gear Concentrate is very
resistant to degradation by high shear. The moly also substantially reduces friction and improves the
extreme pressure, load carrying and antiwear capabilities of gear oils.

TS - 210 SeaSafe Leg Dope and Cable Lube

A high performance open gear and cable lubricant designed for use in an environmentally sensitive area.

As an open gear lubricant, TS-210 has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties for
the lubrication of heavily loaded sliding surfaces. TS-210 is environmentally and hygienically
safe. (It is not biodegradable.). It is completely water proof and has an extremely effective
adhesion to metal surfaces. As a cable lubricant, it "works" its way into the cable upon
application by the Powerlube wire rope lubricator. TS-210 contains no solvent carrier. When
injected into new cable, it is unlikely that re-lubrication will ever be needed.

TS-210 will absolutely not wash off or out, run off, blow off, dry out, or melt away. When used
on higher speed gears, it will not "sling" off.

NEVER-SEEZ Pure Nickel Special and Nuclear Grade are Superior, high temperature, extreme pressure anti-

SWEENEY MOLY 503 PASTE

Sweeney Anti-seize lubricants are combinations of oil-base and solid lubricants that produce a hybrid suited for static joints
including threaded surfaces, press ts, slip ts, transmission joints and gaskets.

503 Moly Paste Lubricant contains 65% solid lubricants suspended in a soft paste. A heavy, black paste
with unsurpassed lubricating qualities, 503 is our most e cient lubricant in reducing friction. On
threaded fasteners (bolts, nuts, studs) the low uniform friction coe cient of 0.06 creates reliable

BRILUBE 70 is a medium thixotropic gel lubricant with stable properties over a wide temperature range offering corrosion protection
against marine working conditions. Formulated for long life on static or dynamic ropes in highly aggressive environments.
