The research was conducted at 3G Enterprises Centro 02, Lasam, Cagayan to

improve the manual system and to achieve better and faster monitoring and processing
of information. The study aimed to develop a fully functional Computerized Sales and
Inventory System of 3G Enterprises to provide information necessary to manage the
business effectively. It will provide the fastest way, more convenient way of storing,
monitoring, and processing of credits especially in the calculations of interests.
A combination of Visual Basic .NET as the programming language and
MySQL as the Database Management System were used in the development of the
system. Thus, the overall functionality of the system enables the users to enter data,
modify and manipulate the data, and generate better reports. Username and password
are needed to secure the information. Furthermore, the proposed system contributes in
giving the users ease and improving work values. Fast and reliable sources of
information are also easy to access since all the information and documents were
stored in digital formats.
Also, the researchers recommend to the future researchers to add the additional
feature of the system which is the SMS alert/notification, by which creditors of
cash/product will be received SMS week(s)/day(s) before the due date.
