 Grab company has established a live chat system between passenger and driver.
 When passenger facing problem with the apps, the passenger can
communicate with the driver through live chat system to solve the problem
together.
 For example, when the driver does not familiar with the road of the pick-up
point, the passenger can directly communicate with the driver through live
chat system to provide the direction of the pick-up point to the driver.
 Live chat system can easily and efficient to solve the problems between driver
and passenger to avoid any misunderstanding.

 Grab company has created a website for passenger.


 For better service experience, Grab has created a website to promote their
services meanwhile the most important is collect feedback from the
passengers.
 This is because Grab can upgrade their apps or services by collecting some
feedback and suggestions. This also can bond a better relationship with
customer and build loyalty customer in the future.
 Passenger also can communicate with Grab customer service department
through the website and feedback the services to the department.
 Passenger not only can communicate with only the website. Grab also provide
the hotline of the customer service department into the website to let
passenger can communicate without any difficulty.
 Grab also created some customer survey into the website for the service
upgrading.
 Customer or passenger can complete the survey the provided inside the
website so that the company can more perception with passenger’
preferences.

 Grab has a set price fares for customer.
 The advantages of its set prices are very clear to customers and compare with
others driving apps unpredictable price quotes, Grab will be cheaper than other
apps.
 Grab won’t charge any extra fees if happen any traffic delays.
 The passengers can enjoy certainty of fixed prices that including insurance
coverage and quality driver with every ride.

 Grab apps helps in language barrier.


 Grab apps has provided a systems app with different language. So, it is easy for
foreigners to take great ride.
