CHAPTER I
1.1 Company profile
Beneflex Architects is an architecture company with a difference. Our sales team are
fully qualified architects who talk with you and visit the place where you want to build
your house. We ask lots of questions, show you lots of ideas and work with you through
every step in th the process. In this way, we design your perfect home. Technology is
important to us. It helps us work more efficiently and also helps to give you the best
solutions. In addition, we use it to keep you up-to- date all the way through the process.
1.2 Employee Problems
a. Problems with the computer system.
The computer system is running slowly. therefore the work becomes more time
consuming.
b. Slow internet.
Slow internet that causes data sending and downloading to take a long time.
c. Online storage
Data can be accessed by foreigners so data security is not guaranteed.
d. Video editing software.
lack of tools on video editing software that makes the editing process less maximal.

1.3 Solution for Employee Problems

1. Replacing Storage pc.


We changing old storage HDD to SSD. This change will make the operating
system run faster.
2. Upgrade Wifi speed.
Upgrading wifi speed from 10 Mbps to 150 Mbps. Upgrade wifi will increase the
speed of dowload and file upload.
3. Replace online storage.
Replace online storage from uptobox to google drive. change online storage to
make files and data more secure.
4. Replace editing video software.
5. Replace editing software video from Free Make Video Converter to Adobe
premiere pro. change video editing software to adobe premiere pro which has
many tools.
CHAPTER III
Improvements to each equipment and software have been based on the problems
experienced by each employee so that problems can be analyzed in more detail. As befits
the use of software that we recommend and replace some of the tools from the company PC.
The software we recommend is the software with the highest rating and excellent
application performance. It is so small that there is even no possibility of system errors
when using this application. We make improvements that have also been based on the
science and point of view of the IT field.
