Nowadays business environment is filled with uncertainty. Keeping the logistics operations free from
disruption is one of the biggest challenges for supply chain decision-makers.
In the first wave of Covid, there was a strict lockdown in various parts of the world that has halted the
logistics operations. Fortunately, the world is going back to its normal state. Organizations have learned a
lot from the first wave of COVID19 lockdown. However, there is still some uncertainty about future events.
Consider that you are working as a logistics manager for a manufacturing company. What logistics
strategies and decisions will you take to keep a smooth flow of its materials and products from the suppliers
to the customers keeping that uncertainty in mind?

Question number: 3 We know that push strategy in the supply chain refers to the amount of work done
“in anticipation of demand,” also known as “speculative strategy.” Simultaneously, the pull supply chain
strategy is considered “customers’ order-driven strategy,” also known as “reactive strategy.” There is
always a push and pull boundary that separates the push from the pull.
As a supply chain specialist, please give five (05) different and unique examples from industry or

necessary logistical arrangement through a simple “node and link diagram.” This means you need to
