Probe Change:
Power unit on.
lnstall probe of choice.
Press ti ". button to pull up the probe selection. Default
setting is P-5. This stands for 5MHz probe. The probe that comes with this unit is a general purpose SMhz dual sensor probe (P-5)
Use either the
· al •• or === button to scroll through the available probe choices. P-2(2.50 MHz), P-5 (5MHz), P-7(7.SMHz) or HLS(Hi-Temp probe).
Perform basic calíbratíon to built-in test block as shown in the
operation manual.
Software Installation Notes:
lnstall software in computer drive
If your computer is set up to "Auto-Run, the software will automatically open. If not, you need to go to your disc drive and click on set up or auto-run. You can also open this up through Explore in your computer. Once software opens, you should instan Both USB drives. Reboot computer once this step is completed Open software and click on Data Pro Instan Go through set up, click on Typical set up and then click YES to launch Plug USB cable from gauge to the computer port. Press CONN to connect. It will then ask for the port. Typícally this will be either com4 or comS. Power the 3812 on and click on GET to retrieve saved data.
