1 Introduction
This Release Notice identifies the changes made in the Alcatel-Lucent Services Architecture
course and exam, Release 3.2, of the Alcatel-Lucent Service Routing Certification Program.
Course duration – 4 days (unchanged)
Exam duration – 90 minutes (unchanged)

Exam length – 60 questions (unchanged)

2 Summary of Course Changes


 The updated version will have six modules instead of seven, these five modules are:
 Module 0 Course Introduction
 Module 1 Services Overview and Implementation
 Module 2 Virtual Private Wire Service
 Module 3 Virtual Private LAN Service
 Module 4 OAM Tools and Mirroring Service
 Module 5 Layer 3 Services
 Updated the flow of the course material slides
 Updated the case studies and configuration slides
 Removed the OAM and VPWS appendices
 Updated all the diagrams

 The lab guide has been updated as follows:


 The IP addresses scheme has been changes so that all labs use the same addresses.
 PCs are not required for the mirror service labs
 The VPRN lab using OSPF as PE-CE routing protocol has been removed.
