JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing the secretariat support required for the National Search Committee meetings for
the eight (8) regions of the DepEd in Visayas and Mindanao. This position is also responsible for the maintenance and
update of records and data on CES plantilla, Directory of Schools per Region or Division, and the pool of qualified applicants
across positions.

This position is responsible for providing the secretariat support required for the Personnel Selection Board (PSB) meetings
for Office of the Secretary, Curriculum and Instruction, Strategic Management, Finance and Administration,
Legal Affairs, and Governance and Operations Strands. This position is also responsible for the preparation of the
appointment papers of selected new first or second level employees of the DepEd Central Office.

This position is responsible for providing assistance in the implementation of personal administration policies, procedures,
systems, processes and programs. This position is also responsible for the orientation of new employees.

f. Photocopy of the latest Transcript of Records
g. Photocopy of the 3 Performance ratings for the last 3 rating periods (2018 & 2019)
(one (1) performance rating is equivalent to six (6) months)
h. Certificates of relevant trainings and seminars attended
i. Certificates of outstanding accomplishments (Outstanding Employee Award, Innovations, Research and
Development Projects, Publications/Authorship, and Consultant/Resource Speaker)
j. E-copy of all submitted documents (enclosed in a CD/Flash Drive)
