Hair oil (Dabur Amla)
I recently purchased a hair oil of Dabur Amla for preventing hair
loss. I found large hair loss and this issue cause a lot of problem
in my hair. So I decide to change my hair oil
Process of choosing
I made this decision with the following process:
 Problem recognition
 Information search
 Alternative evaluation
 Purchase decision
 Post- purchase evaluation
 Problem recognition
Due to heavy hair loss I’m forced to buy a new hair oil. When I
decide to buy a new one the major problem for me was the oil
that I prefer should protect my hair from hair fall and dandruff.
Also that product should protect my hair from other problems.
 Information search
When I enquired in the market about recent hair oils.
I found that there are large varieties of hair oils available. The
highlight was each one is better than the other. So the purchase
was difficult. I decide to compare product according to its brand
name. Brand is an important feature while choosing a product.
The first name came to my mind was Himalaya anti hair fall hair
oil, Bajaj Almond drops, Indulakeha, dhathri, Dabur Amla
etc………
As we knew that all these brands are famous with its product
quality. When I looked into the product features I understood
that Dabur Amla is a product launched by Dabur group. It is a
well known brand with three major features comparing to
other hair oil. The major features of this product are stronger,
longer, thicker hair oil. They also provide shine and softness
and makes hair healthy from inside. When I looked into other
products like Indulakeha and Dadri they also has many features
like Indulekha is enriched with bringhraj, it’s known as a
wonderful herb known as ‘king of hair’ in Ayurveda and dhathri
help to reduce hair fall, and improves hair growth. When
comparing with brand it is so difficult to choose a hair oil
according to its brand name.
 Alternative evaluation
As per the next step I decided to consider other factors like size
of the packs, price etc………. When I look the size of the pack I
saw different size of hair oils that offered by different
companies. Dabur offers size like 199ml, 180ml, 90ml etc…..
Dadri offers 100ml,200ml etc….. and Indulekha offers 100ml,
300ml, 50ml etc… The packing of Dabur Amla was excellent
comparing to other products. Also the ingredient’s used in
Amla are 49.8% of mineral oil, vegetable oil including Amla
extra 47.3%, sugandhit dravya. When I compared also those
features I found that Dabur product is more good than other
hair oil. Its world no.1 hair oil with Amla extra. The price of
Dabur Amla is less comparing to other products of this
categories.
I also remember my friends and family suggest Dabur Amla as a
good product in this category. They told me that comparing
with other hair oils Amla help to prevent hair fall and it will help
to grow strong lengthy hair. Also the sales girl in that store
which I choose for purchase told me that all products are good
but Dabur Amla is a product with more features than other
products. Before going to the store I check the review of hair
oils in social media. Their I identified that Dabur is a well known
brand which offers good products to customers.
 Purchase decision
After considering all those factors I found that Dabur Amla is
the most affordable product with good feedback from other
customers. I also found that the price of this product is less
compared to other product. So I decided to choose Dabur Amla
for my hair damage.
 Post purchase
After my purchase I found that the product was just what
I was looking for. Previously when I was using other hair
oil it causes heavy hair problems like hair loss, headache,
and dandruff. But now everything changes this hair oil
helps me a lot to avoid hair loss and related issues. I also
realized that my hair is growing
