 1 Check Reinforcement as per Drawing      
 2 Check Cover to Reinforcement & Non-movable of steel.      
 3 Check Form work alignment, support & distance      
 4 Check cleaning for the concrete casting area (DRYED FROM THE GROUND WATER)      
 5 Check Electrical Vibrator, hosepipe by starting before the concrete reach to the site      
 6 Check Diesel Vibrator , hosepipe by starting before the concrete reach to the site      
 7 Arrangement of hand tools (trowel, plane trowel, aluminum strip) Is it at casting area?      
 8 Sufficient Manpower need to check ?      
 9 Access platform & walkways (If required) provided ?      
 10 Once Concrete reach at site need to give proper access to reach of casting area      
 11 Check mixer revolving & controlling remote      
 12 Check gaps between mixer & casting area      
 13 Fixed shouts in proper slope between mixer & casting area      
 14 Adding of Sika % & Water Ratio % at site prior to pour concrete      
 15 Check Visually proper mixing of concrete      
 16 Check slump & temperature of concrete      
 17 Free fall of concrete shall not exceed up to 1 meter      
 18 Check drum filled with water for make finishing good      
 19 Check final elevation of foundation once finishing done      
 20 While leaving the site all related tools, equipment needs to place at storage area
