INDUCTION CEREMONY SCRIPT

 Leadership is not a position or a title. It is action and example.

 A pleasant afternoon, everyone! Today, we have come together to carry out one of the most important
activities of our school – INDUCTION OF GPTA OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2020 #WeInvole
#WeServe #WeCare. And we are very excited about the potential our school has for further growth and
development under these new leaders. At the same time this is the occasion for us to grant those
individuals who have served as officers and directors for the past year may they be around or not.
However, they surely leave our school in excellent shape and ready to achieve new heights in the years
ahead.

 My name is Kate A. Yurag and I am delighted to be your toastmaster for today.


 As we commence this activity, it is right and just to seek the blessings of our Almighty Father. So let us be
one with GOD and feel His presence as we have Mrs. Lilibeth Cortes, Master Teacher 1 for the invocation
and please do stand for the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Sir Leo Baldapan, a Grade 4
Teacher.

 Thank you so much Mrs. Cortes and Sir Leo for setting up this afternoon’s program.

 Now, to formally start this program, let’s hear a welcome address from a leader who gets the people to do
the greatest things, Dr. Louwela P. Guerrero, School Head of Cabancalan 1 Elementary School.

 Thank you so much Dr. Guerrero for the heartwarming words of welcome. At this juncture, let’s welcome
Ma’am Merliza Flores, GPTA Treasurer, for the Statement of Purpose and A message from the PTA.

 Thank You so much Ma’am Flores, our GPTA Treasurer. Now before we moved to next part of the
program. Let’s be serenaded by one of Cabancalan 1 Elementary School’s pride, our acclaimed diva, Ms.
Jolly Ann Toring.

 Thank you so much Ms. Jolly! That was indeed soulful. In an association, no other ceremony is as
important as that of INDUCTION OF THE ELECTED LEADERS. For those being inducted, it is a visible
demonstration of your commitment and dedication to the organization. Those of us, who witness this
event also plan an important role in the ceremony because we too, demonstrate our commitment to
support and encourage our leaders during this coming year. For that, let’s have Barangay Counselor Mrs.
Leola Perez Cabahug, to do the honors of the induction of general PTA officers. Officers, please stand as
well.

 Thank you so Much Ma’am Cabahug. Now everyone, I give you the new GPTA Officers for the school year
2020-2021.

 And now let’s give the floor to our New GPTA President, Mr. Jerome A. Turtoga for his message.

 Thank you so much Sir Jerome!

 Now that we have come to the end of this program, let’s have Mrs. Katrina Patosa, a Grade 1 teacher and
one of our Board or Directors, for the closing remarks.

 Thank you so maam Patosa! Once again, Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example. To
my fellow GPTA Officers together with our School Head, Dr. Guerrero, Congratulations again, for our
coming tremendous achievements and continued success!
 This is Kate A. Yurag, your toastmaster for this afternoon.
