Here are the steps to generate a payroll summary table with conditional formatting based on salary ranges: 1. Create a table with columns for Name, Position, Monthly Salary 2. Populate the table with data from the payroll records 3. Apply conditional formatting to the entire row: - Red font if Monthly Salary is less than 5000 - Yellow font if Monthly Salary is between 5000-7000 - Green font if Monthly Salary is greater than 7000 4. get/display the equivalent employee position based on the chosen/selected code
input any name of an employee
hours per week will be based on the position of the employee, get the values in sheet basic salary
get the values of rate in sheet basic salary, again itll be based on the employee position
compute rate per minute by dividing the employee's rate by 60
will be based on the hours per week minus 24 hours(24 hours is the regular woking hours of an employee, extra hours will be
compute basic pay by multiplying the rate of the employee by regular woking hours by 18 weeks then divide it by 5 months
compute the computed lates and absences by multiplying the rate per mnute and values entered at lates and absences cell
compute net basic by subtracting the computed lates and absences from the basic pay
compute overload by multiplying the overload hours by rate by 18 weeks then divide it by 5 months
sum of net basic and oveload
get the sss contribution in the sss sheet. Sss contribution will be based on the total earnings
formula for philhealth is total earnings multiplied 2.75 %
