DAY-3 300-500ml 250ml of Dhaliya/3-4 idly’s 2 chapatis/ 1 bowl Natural 1 bowl of upma
lukewarm Natural with mildly spiced of rice+ 1cup of Immune using broken rice
water. immune chutney (2 spoons) beetroot curry Boosting (add bottle guard,
boosting Hot Drink tomato, onion)

DAY-4 300-500ml 250ml of Veg Pulav – 2 Multigrain Natural 1 bowl of millets
lukewarm Natural serves roti+sabzi/1 bowl Immune upma or porridge

DAY-7 300-500ml 250ml of 3-4 idly’s with 2-3 chapatis/ 1 Natural 1 bowl of broken
