Project Name: e.I-TECH: An Innovative Instructional Technology In


TEACHING-Learning MAPEH (Phase II)

II. RATIONALE

In response to the recommendations of the implemented proposal in e.I TECH:


An Innovative Instructional Technology in Teaching and Learning MAPEH (Phase
I) “The proponent will conduct an intensive orientation/training on how to navigate
or access the portal at the same time to share knowledge on other application that
will contribute to the enhancement of the website”- a quest from the teachers
teaching MAPEH.
This year has been challenging to all educators. 21st century education system
has changed radically with the integration of the technology amidst Pandemic.
The teacher’s role has changed a lot. They need to enrich some skills to
develop their students. In this digital age, the internet is full of supportive resources.
Teacher teaches the students from a collaborative perspective, student will learn
more deeply if they get the resources.
It can be Interactive power point presentation, Video lesson tutorial, Digital
Content, eBooks or even the printing documents. A teacher can show the resources
according to their topic/interest. They can easily point the links of the supportive
materials. It will ensure better learning environments and the students will be
engaged with the lesson.
Hence, this seminar and training, in accordance to DepEd Order No. (DO)21,
s,2019 or the Policy Guidelines on the K to 12 Basic Education Program. It sets forth the
Flexible Learning Option, which includes alternative delivery modes and its corresponding
learning resources that are responsive to the need, context, circumstances and diversity of
learnings ,is hereby proposed for the teachers of MAPEH Department of Olongapo
City National High School, so that they will be equipped in skills and knowledge
using or navigating their students on the MAPEH website, which will be conducted
on June 30,2021 from 8:00 -12:00noon in the morning to 1:00-5:00 in the afternoon
via Google Meet.

III. PROJECT PURPOSE

This project is proposed to realize the following objectives:

a. To digitized traditional teacher-directed lessons or create interactive power point


presentations, video lesson and digital worksheets.
b. To improve the skills of the teachers on the use of the MAPEH website for the
benefit of the learners
c. To demonstrate interest and skills on contributing instructional materials teaching
activity or tool, through use of MAPEH website.
d. To develop the teacher’s ability to use it in an impactful way matters

IV. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This seminar training will be participated in by thirty-two (32) MAPEH


teachers, two (2) Head Teachers, one (1) Principal of Olongapo City National High
School and two (2) seminar speakers. This aimed to provide the participants actual
experiences through workshops and group activities, where they could appreciate
more the importance on the use of the MAPEH website. It will be conducted on June
30,2021 from 8:00 to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon through Google Meet.

V. PLANNED ACTION AND ACTIVITIES

The following are the planned activities that shall be done in line with the said
undertakings.

VI. PROJECT COSTS AND PROPOSED SOURCES OF FUNDING

The funding shall come from the personal expense of the proponent.

VII. EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND EFFECTS AND ITS OUTCOMES

The Olongapo City National High School specifically the leaners will benefit
from this seminar training. A group of more informed teachers and students is
projected. Likewise, teachers and administrators will be equipped with the necessary
information and skills in the navigation of MAPEH website
