BMC’S MOBILE LEGENDS: BANG BANG

TOURNAMENT
January 28, 2021 | 9:00 AM

Guidelines

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE:

• Tournament is open to all students of Balud Municipal


College whether all-male, or all female, or, mixed teams.

• Every year level, must have two teams and two team
captains, and must have 1 reserved player (optional). Every
team must have their own name regarding to what color
they represent. (1st year – Green, 2nd Year – Yellow, 3rd Year
– Red, and 4th Year – Blue). All in all, there will be 8 teams.

• Qualifying stage is a single round robin (Best-of-3). The


winning team will wait for their next opponent.

• The finals will be Best-of-5 games.

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS:

• A player can only join 1 team.

• Players must be available during tournament dates.

• Players must be 18 years old and above.

• Players must be at least Epic V in in-game rank.

• Players must be currently enrolled in Balud Municipal


College A.Y. 2020 – 2021. Alumni are not allowed to join.

TEAM REQUIREMENTS:

• A team must consist of the following members:

 5 main players

 1 reserved player (optional)

 1 coach/player-coach (optional)

• Once nominated/registered regular/reserved players


cannot be replaced throughout the game.

SCHEDULES/TIMING OF MATCHES:

• The online tournament will take place on January 28,


2021 at exactly 9:00 AM.

• Players will be advised of schedule and timing of matches


thru BMC’s Official Facebook Page.

• Only Tournament Organizers can alter the schedule and


timing of matches.

GENERAL CONDUCT:

• Players are expected to conduct themselves and compete


with the spirit of sportsmanship, maintaining a friendly
and polite demeanor in activities involving other
participants and public general.

• The organizers have the right to apply penalties, disqualify


and dismiss any registered player from the tournament, at
their discretion, at any stage of the tournament.

• Cheating doesn’t need to be successful to qualify as a


violation. Conspiring to cheat is already a violation and will
lead to an automatic disqualification for all conspirators.

• Examples of cheating includes, but are not limited to:

 Ghosting

 Account sharing

 Piloting

• Foul language, offensive and disruptive behavior will not


be tolerated from any players and may lead to
disqualification of the player/team from the tournament.

• Betting is strictly forbidden between teams and will not be


tolerated.

• Teams are advised to be humble and to be strict with each


other on enforcing these rules for smooth flow of the
tournament.

MATCH RULES

• A match refers to the games being played between team
A and team B.

• The mobile application to be used is MOBILE LEGENDS:


BANG BANG (Developer: Moontoon).

• Match starts – each team will randomly pick their


opponents.

• Match ends – the first team to destroy the opposing


team’s base wins, the first team to surrender loses or
teams that are found not following the rules will be
disqualified.

• The game mode used: Custom (Draft Pick)

• If any player disconnects during a match, they can request


to the organizers to pause the game for the player to
reconnect. The max pause time of one team is 5 minutes.

• Once all the players are ready, as indicated by both Team


Captains, the organizers will resume the game.

• In the case of the server crash, the game can be continued


from a new draft but has to be the same lineup.

registration of your teams. The deadline of registration is
on January 26, 2021.
