This role is VSM & Operations head at Kadi unit of GDI West. This role will be responsible for
Value stream, Maintenance, Quality & SCM functions at Kadi Unit and partner with HR & Finance
for operations of the unit. To provide leadership and direction, inspire and motivate employees
to achieve excellence and mentor them. Drive performance of the operations at Kadi unit. Ensure
smooth execution of daily operations and timely completion of all new projects are delivered on
time at highest quality standards and optimized cost.
 Drive plant Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) performance to meet
budget and forecasts
 Accountable for all operational results (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) across the
value stream defined from raw material reception into the Value Stream through
finished goods delivery.
 Engage with customer directly for operational activities and ensure customer
satisfaction
 Ensure Manufacturing readiness and launches at plant level for New Programs
 Lead and drive Employee Engagement and People development initiatives
 Drive Driveline Excellence system sustainability
 Drive plant improvement projects through all employee engagement through
continuous improvement processes
 Collaborate with plant HR lead/central function to drive plant performance
 Support/Fulfil legal & statutory responsibilities and interface with local authorities
through plant HR Lead
 Collaborate with plant Finance lead/central function to drive plant performance and
governance
 Support/Fulfil legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities through plant
finance Lead
 Develop future experts and managers
