Greetings in the name of public service!

It is known all over the world that this year, we are experiencing Pandemic that threatens
our life. Safety precautions and protocols were advised. Under the “New Normal” Hulo National
High School has formally start the implementation of DepEd Rizal flagship program called Blue
Rizal: Barangayan para sa Bawat Bata Bumabasa (BR-B4) as reinforcement to our
struggling readers we are conducting this activity into a Learning Center situated in Sitio Lipat-
Lipat

In connection with this, we are requesting for the improvement and beautification of
our Learning Center premises. We believe that the improvement will give convenience and
will be very beneficial to our students, parents, teachers and stakeholders in bringing quality
education amidst this pandemic.

We ardently hope for your positive response and we look forward to a continuing
partnership with you in enhancing public service to the community.
