Diokno for the position of President of the


Philippines for this coming election? Jose Manuel I. Diokno also known by his popular
name “Chel Diokno”, is a public servant and has equanimity behavior. He is Filipino
nationality or citizenship. He serves as chairman of Free Legal Assistance Group,
Special Counsel to the Development Bank of the Philippines and founding dean of the
De La Salle University College of Law. He was against death penalty for drug-related
crimes and against in lowering the age of criminal responsibility. Chel Diokno is a
human rights lawyer, demagogue, not sanctimonious person, global and efficient leader,
honest, and spearheaded human rights.

Chel Diokno is a human rights lawyer. He helps people who cannot afford good
lawyers to access justice that’s why he had great camaraderie around the group. He
helps people who are poor in legal cases because he believes that lack of judges is
another problem of the judiciary that is why they called him as “Voice of Justice”. He is
also an efficient leader because he knows different laws in the Philippines. He is
spearheading the human rights because he is a human rights lawyer. Whatever is your
capability or your capacity, if you have done a mistake or violation of laws, you would
get punishments. Even though he is vicissitude of being senator, no one could stop him
to run for President because he knows to his self that he is calling for the position of
President and he wants to continue his legacy. There are some egregious politicians or
officials and abusing their power but Chel Diokno is not that kind of official because he
is right, justice and equal politician.

In voting, one of our criteria as voters to vote one nominee is that his platforms.
Chel Diokno has multifarious Platforms. In education, he wants to help students who
does not have enough capacity or sufficient on their online class. He wants to open
internet which is cheaper and faster. In corruption, the main reasons of the corruption
are embezzlement of fund and bribery. In one administrative, there are some politicians
are doing this embezzlement of fund. Chel Diokno wants to end the corruption that is
why, one of his platform is to give right and proper punishments to the Politicians who
are corrupting the government fund. Bribery is also reason of corrupting that Chel
Diokno want to minimize or end it because corruption is one of the reasons why poverty
happens. Chel Diokno. In economy, he wants to end the endo so that workers would not
become unemployed. Unemployment is one of the causes of downfall of economy. He
also wants to help farmers by giving modernized technology. He wants that every
Filipino would enjoy the growth of our economy and no one could feel ostracism.

Also, Chel Diokno wants to promote of being global competitive of the Philippines
by making arbitral ruling for the owning or right of West Philippine Sea so that our
fisherman could freely fish the mentioned sea. He wants give protection to our
fisherman. He wants to protect and give proper treatment to the sea. He also wants to
end the Political Dynasty by having wider term limits. He thinks that having wider term
limits could avoid the Political Dynasty or reign of position by only in one family.

“Vote wisely” is a quotation we always read for the coming election. As people of
community of the Philippines, we should vote who really is responsible, diligent and who
really deserves for that position. Even though, Philippines is not totalitarian country but
a democracy one, we still choose the right one. Propaganda is on everywhere because
of media but we need to believe to the right and fact information. Do not choose who
has ambiguity platforms but choose or vote nominee with direct to the point platforms.
We are also responsible as voter that’s why we must vote wisely so that we could elect
who really deserves for one position. Choose who had good leadership. Fill the ballot
with nominee who could really change our country and could have improvement and
development. Choose who promote equality and human rights. The success, change,
development and improvement of the Philippines is in our hands, thus, vote and choose
wisely.
