Chapter I Overview

1.1 Introduction

This operation manual provides detailed introduction on business functions of Chery Cloud
Mobile Application, use scenes and use methods. Please carefully read it before use.

1.2 For Users

This operation manual is for final users of Chery Cloud Mobile Application and considers
that the users have acquired basic computer operation skills, familiarized themselves with
operation environment of iOS/Android and grasped basic software operation methods as well as
mastered basic use method of mobile application.
This operation manual covers introduction on common functions of Chery Cloud Mobile
Application and guidance on use methods. Users can easily use Chery Cloud Mobile
Application to complete daily work if they have carefully read this operation manual. In case of
any doubt during use, please contact us. We will provide various help resources for users so as
to facilitate them to use this product skillfully and make them feel its features of fast and
easy-to-use.

Chapter II System Functions

2.1 APP Start

Step 1: Application start-open iOS mobile phone or PAD and click Chery Cloud APP;

Step 2: After APP opening, it will automatically load and go to guide page (remarks: The guide
page can be scrolled to left and right);

View the guide page through left-right scrolling.

2.2 User Registration

Step1: Click the “Register” icon on the guide page and jump to the registration screen;

Step 2: Enter your Email address, password, confirm password and verification code in
accordance with requirements on the registration screen;
Step 3: After that, click “NEXT STEP” to complete registration when “Registration Success”
appears.
Remarks: Please exit the system after registration completion and login into it with your account
after review by administrator.

2.3 User Login

Step 1: Click “Login” on the guide page to go to login screen;

2.4 Forget Password

Step 1: Click “Forget Password” on the bottom and go to Forget Password screen;
Step 2: Enter your account successfully registered (your email address), click to get verification
code, get access to your email box to obtain digital verification code, enter new password and
submit it after confirmation;

Step3: After popup displays “password has been changed”, it will jump to login screen. After
that, you can login in with your account successfully registered and new password.

2.5 Prompt Message

Step 1: When the news content is updated, new prompt message will appear on the homepage
and red “new” icon will appear on the right side. Click this message to go to news content page;
Step 2: When other user of Chery Cloud shares content with you, new prompt message will
appear on the homepage. You can preview such content after clicking this message.
Remarks: If you have no privilege to get access to the shared content, popup prompt will
appear.

2.6 File Management

2.6.1 File Management-Preview

Product
Step 1: Click file directory to be viewed on the main screen, such as “Product”;
Step 2: Go to the subdirectory step by step in accordance with directory navigation until
specific file can be viewed, such as “Arrizo 3”;
Step 3: Click specific content (such as “Arrizo 3. PDF”) to load page and complete content
preview after 100% loading.

Company
Step 1: Click file directory to be viewed on the main screen, such as “Company”;
Step 2: Go to the subdirectory step by step in accordance with directory navigation until
specific file can be viewed, such as “News”;
Step 3: Click specific content (such as “News”) to load page and complete content preview after
100% loading.

Tools
Step 1: Click file directory to be viewed on the main screen, such as “Tools”;
Step 2: Go to the subdirectory step by step in accordance with directory navigation until
specific file can be viewed, such as “Sales Management”;
Step 3: Click specific content (such as “CRM Training”) to load page and complete content
preview after 100% loading.

2.6.2 File Management-Sharing

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open the file to be operated, click
corresponding icon on the left side, pop out an operation screen and click “Share” icon;
Step 2: Enter email address of the person who needs sharing so as to share the file with him;
Step 3: Such person will get download link of the file in his email box.
Remarks: If such person is also a user of Chery Cloud, his homepage will pop out message
prompt.

2.6.3 File Management-Cut/Copy

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open the file to be operated, click
corresponding icon on the left side, pop out an operation screen and click “Move/Copy” icon;
Step 2: Select the file to be copied/cut and click OK to complete file copy/cut.
Remarks: This operation can only be carried out by administrator.

2.6.4 File Management-Rename

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open the file to be operated, click
corresponding icon on the left side, pop out an operation screen and click “Rename” icon;
Step 2: Enter object file name and click OK. File rename is successfully completed after the
popup indicating success of rename appears.
Remarks: This operation can only be carried out by administrator.

2.6.5 File Management-File Delete

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open the file to be operated, click
corresponding icon on the left side, pop out an operation screen and click “Delete” icon;
Step 2: Click the confirmation icon in the popup first and then click OK. File is successfully
deleted after the popup indicating success of file delete appears.
Remarks: This operation can only be carried out by administrator.

2.6.6 File Management-Favorites

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open the file to be operated, click
corresponding icon on the left side, pop out an operation screen and click “Mark” icon;
Step 2: Click the confirmation icon in the popup first and then click OK. File is successfully
collected after the popup indicating success of collection appears;
Step 3: On the Favorite screen, select this file and click “Remove” icon. After that, file is
successfully removed from Favorites.

2.6.7 File Management-File Download

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open the file to be operated, click
corresponding icon on the left side, pop out an operation screen and click “Download” icon;
Click the confirmation icon in the popup first and then click OK. File is successfully
downloaded after the popup indicating success of download appears;
Step 3: In the Download folder, file is successfully downloaded if such file can be previewed.

2.6.8 New Folder/Picture Upload

Step: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen, open individual folder and click red “+”
icon on the bottom;
Step 2: Select “New Folder”, enter folder name and create new folder under such folder;
Step 3: Select “Take Photo” and complete picture shooting;
Step 4: Select “Existing photo” and complete picture upload.
Remarks: This operation can only be carried out by administrator.

2.6.9 File Management-Search

Step 1: Go to “EGNYTE” folder management screen and enter key words to be researched in
the Search bar on the top;
Step 2: Click the content searched and view it.

2.7 More Settings

2.7.1 More Settings-Avatar Setting

Step 1: In the setting menu of “More”, click the avatar icon in the middle, upload picture and
complete avatar setting.

2.7.2 More Setting-Wifi Activate/Deactivate

Step 1: In the setting menu of “More”, click Wifi icon. File download function will be disabled
after Wifi is deactivated and file can only be downloaded under Wifi-free condition when it is
confirmed in the popup.

2.7.3 More Settings-Log Out

Step 1: in the setting menu of “More”, click the “Log Out” icon on the bottom and successfully
complete logout after confirmation.
