Periksa dust indikator dan reset
Periksa water and sediment in water separator, drain air nya jika ada
Periksa semua kebocoran / rembesan oli di area engine & compressor
Periksa kekencangan semua component diengine 1
Periksa kekencangan V-belt engine dan kompressor, jika perlu diadjust
Periksa kondisi air compressor
Periksa kondisi water pump
Periksa Kondisi mounting radiator & mounting generator
Periksa Kondisi hose & mounting hose
Periksa Kondisi radiator , jika core banyak debu bisa dicuci / dibersihkan
PEMERIKSAAN UNTUK ELECTRIC SYSTEM
Periksa dan pastikan semua indikator dan sensor bekerja
Periksa kondisi switch mode off, run, start (start & stop Engine)
Periksa kondisi battery dan level electrolyte
Periksa kondisi alternator & starting motor
periksa terminal dan electroda wire
periksa clamp dan handle electroda
periksa proses /contaktor switch setting
Periksa air compressor control dan switch
Periksa export Auxiliary power 120v /220v
Approval by GL Plant, checked by, Done by,
