involved in bank acquisition activities. Played key role in onboarding Govt. clients like Commonwealth of Massachusetts
& State of Vermont. Quickly designed and implemented a software application during the Covid-19 Pandemic for Small
Business Customers to apply for Loans for CARES-ACT-PPP, for which received special accolades from the CEO, CTO

Designed and implemented a Call Center application using ‘AWS Connect’ for the collaboration, inquiries & support
structure to ‘Bank Acquisition’ activities. Managed an offshore (India) development team (Infosys) for this project.
Designed and implemented a data analytics tool and UI for BSA-AML transactions analysis using Mongo DB. This
project improved the data query performance significantly faster. There are some efforts which need special mention for
their importance though did not materialize due to budget constraints; e.g., ELK Stack, Amazon Alexa, AWS Connect

Project Description

This project is about implementation of a Returns System where the customer returns the faulty Hard disks. The eReturns
UI allow the customer to create Return Order, Check Warranty, Maintain Return Order, Create Customer Profile, Enter
Shipping and Handling and View Invoice or Credit Memo. The backend is built using Oracle Stored Procedures. The
Stored Proc and the other backend systems are integrated using RESTful Web Services.

The Scuttlebug program is to support Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services for the SMB market. Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows voice calls to be made using a broadband internet connection instead of a
regular (or analogue) telephone line. Users of VoIP are able to make calls from IP telephones, analogue telephones via an
Analogue Telephone Adaptor (ATA), and from their PC via a software client. Calls can be VoIP<->VoIP or VoIP<->PSTN

Multikabel is a customer of Priority Telecom (PT) in the Netherlands. PT provides services to Multikabel by provisioning
of Multikabel’s interconnect voice customers at the DMS100 switches own by PT. This service is sold as a custom made
product, called “Multikabel”.
The goal of this project is to integrate the Multikabel product with OMS-2 (Web based Order Management System). After
successful integration, Multikabel customers may be automatically provisioned at PT’s DMS100 switches. No manual
intervention will be required while provisioning Multikabel customers at switches. The management of this transaction
will be spread across different modules and interfaces surrounding and including OMS-2 system. This project, henceforth,
will be referred to as Multikabel Transaction Manager, MKTM.

Contribution

Proposed the web-based J2EE architecture for the Multikabel Transaction Manager (MKTM), which will support the

E-Merchant shall provide platform for online payment processing, merchandising and settlements. The aim of E-Merchant
is to introduce the ICP telephone bill as a payment instrument for online purchases. Together with Unicorn & Medusa E-
Merchant shall make convergent billing possible. ICP shall host merchants and merchant site links through its Mall. EM-
Application shall enable maintaining and administering of links to various merchant sites. The ICP subscriber shall be
able to log-in to ICP Mall for shopping through a unique user id and password. He shall be able to engage in purchase
transactions and pick up items and services offered by the merchants. EM-Application shall record all subscribers’
transactions and post them to the ICP billing system. E-Merchant shall enable flow of payment through a secure and
encrypted communication channel between the subscriber terminal and the e-Merchant software.

 Running the agent and the manager over COOL and instead of using file operation for accessing the MIB, using
the O2 (persistent database) and OQL as query language.
