EOMS t o est ablish it s scope.
When det ermining t his scope, t he organizat ion shall consider:
a) t he ext ernal and int ernal issues referred t o in 4.1;
b) t he requirement s of relevant int erest ed part ies referred t o in 4.2;
c) t he product s and services of t he organizat ion

The organizat ion shall apply all t he requirement s of t his document if t hey
are applicable wit hin t he det ermined scope of it s EOMS

Conformit y t o t his document may only be claimed if t he requirement s det ermined as not

t he organizat ion and shall:
