PRESS NOTE Screening Test 789

The Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission declared the results of a written screening test for one Junior Draughtsman position. 483 candidates were provisionally admitted out of 676 applications. 172 candidates appeared in the exam on December 16, 2020 and 04 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for further evaluation. The shortlisted candidates will have their 15-mark evaluation on June 25, 2021. While efforts were made to ensure accuracy, the Commission reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors in the results.

PRESS NOTE

Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written
Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 01 post {Gen (UR)-01} of Junior
Draughtsman(Arch) (on contract basis) Post Code: 789 held on 16.12.2020 as per the award list and
ratio approved (1:3/1:4) by the Hon’ble Commission. The requisition to fill up this post was received
from Engineer-in-Chief, HP. PWD, Shimla-2 and advertised vide advertisement No. 36-1/2020 dated
02.03.2020.
In response to this advertisement, 676 applications were received out of which 483
applications were provisionally admitted.
The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 16.12.2020 in which 172 candidates
appeared and 311 candidates remained absent. Out of total 172 candidates appeared, the following 04
candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for further selection process.

As per the report of legal branch, there is no court case in this code.

15 marks of evaluation of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted on 25.06.2021 at 9:30


AM in the premises of the HP Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur. They are directed to bring all
original Essential Qualification related documents, 15 marks of evaluation related documents, set of self
attested copies of all documents, one ID proof and copy of downloaded application Form. In case a
candidate does not appear for evaluation process on the day fixed for evaluation he/she will not be
considered for further selection process and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
The Roll number wise detail is given above and also available on the official website of the
HPSSC, Hamirpur. (http://www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in).
While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent /
technical error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later
on.
