This seminar I learned the used of I.D.E.A in making lesson exemplar.

It was aligned in my professional


development from LDM2 module 4.It supports the developmental needs that produced quality output
and module for my students in MDL and ODL class.

This seminar has a number of task before you received this certificate. But, I’ve learned the different
platforms that we can used in teaching online class. I gained a very supplemental knowledge. This is
aligned also in my professional development specially in teaching-learning process

This seminar thought us about strategies in promoting new approaches in teaching-learning process and

Issues school based and training teachers. It is a good help specially during those time that we are in
shock and anxious because of the pandemic. So, it is totally aligned in professional development.

Learning Delivery Modalities Course for Teachers (LDM 2)

This course we are taking now, which is LDM2, is intended for teachers and is focused on the
instructional implications of using these alternative LDMs. The implications using different modalities
like ODL, MDL, Face to face and blended learning. These are the results of our Teaching-Learning process
using the adopt modalities of school during pandemic. Our school conduct Online Distance Learning
(ODL) and Modular Distance Learning (MDL). LDM course made teachers and school leaders improved
the readiness and preparedness of learning delivery in response to pandemic.

As a teacher during the first strike of COVID 19 teaching was impossible. On how to reach and teach our
students in this new normal situation. DepEd initiated this program LDM1 focused on implementation
and management of alternative learning modalities while LDM 2 is intended for teachers and is focused
on the instructional implications of using these alternative LDMs.

Now, we are asking to do the Practicum Portfolio for LDM2. We need to gather artifacts that can justify
the needed contents. The artifacts could tell that I’m doing my very best in teaching the learners using
the school adopted modalities. The portfolio will show the journey of a teacher during this pandemic.
My artifacts of learning, experience and discovery as a teacher will be seen. From the monitoring,
follow-ups, home visitation, retrieval and distribution of module and interventions was the best
experience.

It made me realize as a teacher I need to accept the challenges in embracing the new normal. In this
situation I and we as a teacher are tested our dedication in teaching. Our students need to learned and
education is impossible without us. I learned and gained new knowledge, experienced and patience.
Despite of the challenges I have encountered I am very thankful that I have a chance to attend this kind
of learning experience. I can finally say that I’m ready to teach my learners in ODL or even in MDL
modalities because of this DepEd program.

These are the sample of submitted outputs of the students. I monitor them individually and send to them
privately so that they are aware and be reminded
