CAROLINIAN ACADEMIC INTEGRITY PLEDGE

I am a Carolinian. Integrity is one of the fundamental values of my education in the School


of Engineering of the University of San Carlos. As such, I pledge to pursue my studies
observing the highest level of honesty.

I will not cheat, plagiarize, fabricate, misrepresent, collude or commit any form of academic
misconduct, nor will I provide occasion for my fellow students to commit the same. My work
and contribution will be my own. I am fully aware that the sanction for dishonesty is
exclusion from the School of Engineering. I commit myself to this pledge and I shall take full
responsibility for my conduct in every course and in every academic undertaking.
