Make sure that the computer on which you intend to run the software meets the minimum specifications listed
below.

Required hard disk space 800MB or more
Recommended CPU 1GHz or better
Recommended system RAM 1GB or more
Recommended display resolution 1240 x 768 or more
Recommended color depth 65536 colors or more

Windows(64-bit edition)
64-bit edition of Windows® is supported for Windows7, windows8 and Windows8.1.
Use 32-bit edition of Windows except for Windows7, windows8 and Windows8.1.

PC's specifications
The above usable environment is minimum requirements. Use a PC of higher specifications than that
recommended by each OS.

After completing the installation, reboot the computer.


When you connect USB port to computer for the first time, "Found New Hardware Wizard" will appears.
1.Select "Install from a list or specific location(Advanced)" and click "Next>" button.
2.Select "Search for the best driver in these locations." and check "Include this location in the search". Then set to
"GTWIN USB" folder in the location where you installed. In case of default location select "C:\Program
Files\Panasonic-ID SUNX Terminal\GTWIN\GTWIN_USB".
3.The USB driver install will start. Follow the screen prompts displayed by the installation program.
