Stages of life such as childhood, adolescence, and adulthood occur equally in a person's life and

are somehow related because any problem that occurs in any stage will affect the health of a
person directly or indirectly.

There are four stages of health development:

1. Physical development - It is a slow process in which a person grows to maturity.

2. Intellectual development - This is where a person develops thinking and language skill

3. Emotional growth - This is when a person develops feelings for themselves and others

4. Social development - This is when a person begins to build relationships

In this assignment, I will explain the stages of life, birth, and childhood, childhood, adolescence,
old age.

These are the stages of human life.

These stages of life are related to age, and it depends on their age and the time of their growth
and development.

Pregnancy

A person's life begins at conception. Pregnancy begins when the implant or implants itself in the
uterine wall. The baby is trapped and grows in the mother's womb for 9 months. The childhood
stage is between three, four, and nine. At the age of three to five, a child begins to pick up
descriptive objects. And it is a time when physical, mental, emotional, and social development is
of the utmost importance. They begin to move easily, build and use a combination of the eye and
become stronger physically, more skilled, and healthy. Children tend to develop and pick things
up quickly in terms of their language skills.

Later in their lives, they will have the opportunity to be educated in a formal setting in
kindergarten, primary schools where they can hone their skills. They also begin to be exposed
and influenced by various values, ideas, and beliefs, which will broaden their perceptions about
them and how the world works and allow them to begin developing important skills so that they
can manage or face future challenges.

Key aspects of social development that occur during childhood are: -

5. Development of building skills to build relationships and gain communication skills.

6. Increased value and diverse relationships with people outside their families.

7. Gaining the freedom and confidence of parents.

8. Improving the ability to use social and language communication skills to manage
personal relationships.

Adolescence

Adolescence begins at the age of 10-18, it is a stage in a person's life where his physical growth
is rapid and sexually mature. The two most important emotional concerns of a teenager are
dealing with the effects of puberty, building a sense of self.

Puberty is a term used to describe a stage in which bodily changes take place in a person's
reproductive system that leads to sexual maturity. Boys can produce sperm and can produce
eggs, which when fertilized by a sperm result in pregnancy and childbirth. Girls are more likely
to start puberty about two years earlier than boys. And at this stage, they begin to develop
through sexual feelings, learn about sex, develop higher awareness, build relationships, develop
independence, and the ability to think theoretical words for example; ideas, problem-solving,
personal values, thoughts, beliefs, ideas, and behaviors.
Adulthood

Adulthood is said to occur between the ages of 19 and 65. People often leave home to live
independently without their families at the beginning of time. It is a stage in life where people
are able to emphasize their personality and independence. As you grow older you will have
different responsibilities and some may be more challenging than others. Adulthood begins with
maturity. Older people may be overweight during adolescence, but this is probably due to the
dysfunctional lifestyle, puberty in the early days is common when most people start working,
entering into relationships, getting married, and starting a family.

The elderly

When you are over the age of 65, this is usually classified as an adult. These days as life
progresses faster than before, most people in this age group do not know themselves as adults.
Adulthood is a time when major changes in roles and relationships are experienced. Being a
worker is lost especially as people retire. As people get older, they will retire from work. The
retirement age is currently 65 for women and 70 for men. The work of the bereaved is often for
husbands, wives, partners, sons, and daughters. The role of the son or daughter is lost when their
parent dies. The remaining roles are very small and often include a small number of tasks. There
will be no more order in life as a result. There are physical changes in the body of older people,
some of which have been gradual over the years. People can die at any stage of life there and this
can be caused by serious illness, accidents, death during wars, manslaughter, or manslaughter.
For many people in this stage of life, thankfully and hopefully they are old.
