Rubric For Practice Teaching Portfolio

This document provides a rubric for evaluating a practice teaching portfolio. It will be used by the student teacher (self), peers, and mentor to assess portfolios at the preliminary, midterm, and final stages. The rubric evaluates four criteria: visual appeal, organization, content, and reflections. Each criterion has multiple indicators that are scored on a scale of 1 to 4. The portfolio must include certain preliminary, midterm, and final entries documenting the student teacher's experiences and development. Scores from self, peers, and mentor will be combined to determine an overall final rating.
