DEED OF DONATION

That we are the registered co-owners of Lot No. 4451, Pls-543 containing
an area of covered under Original Certificate of Title No. P-18600 located at
Maddarulug, Enrile, Cagayan.

That we are executing this affidavit and partition and conform

TOMASA C. LATTAO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow, and a resident of


Cataggaman Viejo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, herein after called the DONOR.

-in favor of –

ALEXIS ANDAL TUMBALI, married to JULIE MEI LAGIWID and


JOSEPH RYAN ANDAL married to SHERYL NATIVIDAD all of legal ages, Filipino
citizens, all residents of Cataggaman Viejo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, hereinafter
called the DONEES.

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the absolute owner of certain real property and more
particularly described as follows::

“A parcel of land lot no. 1800-B, PSd-(af)-02-046432, located at Cataggaman


Pardo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Bounded on the South by lot 394, Cad 151; on the
West by lot 1800-I, Psd-(af)-02-046432( Atal Street); on the North by lot1800-G,Psd-(af)-
02-046432 and Road Right of way; on the East by lot 1800-C, Psd(af) -02-046432;
containing an area of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN POINT EIGHTY (318.80)
Square meter, more or less, and covered under TransferCertificate ofTitleNo. T-
164106”.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONOR for the
DONEES, the latter being the grand children of the former, the said DONOR by these
presents cedes, transfers and conveys, by way of donation unto said DONEES, the above
properties, freeand clear of all liens and encumbrances; said property, tobe divided
among the DONEES, I the following proportion to wit:

1. To ALEXIS ANDAL TUMBALI – Lot 1800-B-2, with an area of 145


square meters;

2. To JOSEPH RYAN ANDAL – Lot 1800-B-1, with an area of 145 square


meters;

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purposes of giving full effect to
this donation, that she has reserved unto herself in full ownership other property
sufficient to support her in a manner appropriate to her station.

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEES do hereby accept the foregoing donation the above-described
property for which they expresses their sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the
kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this _____ day of
