Supply Chain Management – Project Details & Group Presentation

Please be informed that this is a group project. Maximum strength should be not more than 5
members. You can opt to do it individually as well.

Grading Points
 Fifteen (15) marks

Project Briefs
You are required to select an organization from manufacturing or service industry. Analyze the
end to end process of its business and from its inbound to outbound activities. Industry visit is
not mandatory but recommended. Your report must include the following
 Company introduction and its business model
 End to End supply chain activities detail
 Main upstream and downstream partners
 Competitive advantage of the business
 Graphical representation of SCOR Model
 Few challenges in supply chain operations
 Your recommendation with valid reasons

Submission and Formal Presentation


 A comprehensive report in hard copy form
 Must be APA format
 Must have title page , Abstract, Table of content
 Must be presented in binding form
 Submission and presentation will be done in the second last class
 Minimum words count of report – 2500 words
 Mention the complete name with ID on the title page
All members will participate in presentation.
