The Control & sequential operation of deashing from Botiom ash hoppers to slurry sump is achieved through Bottom ash control panel as well as OWS, one no. of bottom ash panel is provided for each unit with the system. Silo unloading system is achieved through Silo Control Panel ic. installed at Silo MCC room. COMMON STEP: 1. Tapping shall be taken from the instrument air. Instrument air fulfills the requirement of Instrument air for complete ash handling system for fou: units. Give start command to one no. LP seal water pump for the sealing purpose of the AHP equipments such es Vacuum pumps, Clinker grinders and Bottom ash overflow water pumps ete SVACUATION SEt For Protection & Interlock scheme of Bottom ash equipment refer of Sr.No-1.00.01, 02,03, 04,06, 07,08, 09 and 40 of Annexure-I, ‘The bottom ash deashing is achieved through Bottom Ash Control Panel (BACP) as well as OS; Boitom Ash Control Panel is mounted near Bottom Ash Hopper. One no, of Bottom Ash Control Panel is provided for each unit with the system. In auto mode bottom ash deashing is also achieved through OS, 1. Before giving start command to Bottom ash deashing system from Bottom ash Control Panel (BACP), Control room operator should check following points. a) Instrument air pressure is adequate in bottom ash arca. b) LP seal water pressure is adequate for clinker grinder sealing Open command to Bottom ash discharge valve for selected line by selector switch, i.e. mounted on BACP. 3. Select Hydro-cjector water valve line corresponding to clinker grinder & discharge valve 1A/IB or 1C/1D. For runing CG-1A give open command to bottom ash discharge valve- 1A from BACP. Similarly for CG-LB give open command to bottom ash discharge valve- IB, for CG-1C give open command to bottom ash discharge valve-1C and for CC-ID give open command to bottom ash discharge valve-ID. ‘THE INDURE PVT.
