When I need clarity on my business I sit down and do my Spiritual


Business Plan. It’s a system for aligning your business with your
chakras. It makes sure that you have every level of your business
addressed. If you have this clear you can’t NOT make progress.

Why do you do what you do? The BIG reason why!

Imagine a video of your ideal life and business playing out.

Where are you?

Who is involved?

What is happening?

How does it look?

If you had one tweet to tell the world what matters, to convey your
business message - what would it be?

eg. My latest one was “you are god!” and “you can be, do, have whatever the fuck you
want. you’re free!”

What are their fears, frustrations, hopes and aspirations?

What’s required to make the vision work?


What will free you up?
What will improve the quality of your offerings?

eg. Online booking system, someone else managing my events, weekly/monthly finance
meeting with my bookkeeper, set up an operating rhythm for my week

What are your personal rules for running your business?

eg. What hours do you work? Who do you work with (or not)? What are your rules around
payments etc?

Goals

Top 3 measurable 90-day goals with dates.

eg. $8,000 per month by June 2018, hire sales person by March, reach 30 clients in on-
line, program by June, etc.

Who do you need on your team?

eg. Bookkeeper? Designer? Support person? VA?

What things can be done to nourish your tribe?

eg. Free gifts to email list?


Start quarterly social event for people in our area?
Team meetings?

with the vision.

eg.
1. Train salesperson
2. Create system so Irene can filter my fb inbox
3. Re-design my weekly operating rhythm (I added a ‘genius’ day where there is only
