as per my opinion, they should hire someone from those two candidates and not hire Benson. The
decision not to higher Benson because if she will be hire then accommodation will be needed which
is costly. Moreover, she is unable to fully meet all of the requirements for a full-time RA at
MacEwan. RA job role is maintaining building security and safety in suitable personal restrictions, as
well as responding to emergencies.
Galloway is not breaking the Alberta Human Rights Act by refusing to hire Benson for this reason.
