Teacher Comment
English
Sakshi worked very hard in English this term. She wants to do well and always tries her best. Her writing style
is still developing, as she sometimes struggles to stay with the main points when she writes. As she develops
her proofreading skills this should also improve.
In Grammar, Sakshi worked with focus. Her Grammar skills are good, and her vocabulary strong. Sakshi got a
fantastic exam result. I look forward to more of the same next term, enjoy the break.
Math
In Mathematics, Sakshi has been able to demonstrate her ability and skills in this subject area. Her work is
always good and she has been carrying out extension tasks on Google Classroom and perseveres when it
becomes challenging. I encourage her to consistently show her working out and take time to check her work
before submitting it. Homework is consistently completed and she has made effective use of online tools to
give herself extra practice.
Science
Sakshi enjoys Science, she shows it by her class involvement. Sakshi loves to ask and answer questions
posed in class. She loved the practical work we did, using microscopes and a chemical titration. The latter she
worked with care and precision using chemicals. An excellent term's work, and an excellent exam result, well
done Sakshi.
Social Studies
Sakshi made a good effort to learn the new concepts and knowledge covered in Social Studies this term. She
sought clarity when she didn’t understand something and enthusiastically assisted others in the class. Her
exam results indicate some areas that need further consolidation.
General
Sakshi seems to have settled into the routines of Std 7. She is a responsible student, and is developing the
maturity to manage herself more independently. I have enjoyed teaching her this term. Have a good holiday!
