Check wheel, Bolt, Tire/track condition, damage and
leaks
Check engine bay for leak and loose belts
Check engine oil and hydraulic oil level
Check all grease points are greased
Check seat safety bar isolate controls
Sound Horn, start engine and check hydraulic operation

Check bobcat frame and attachments
Check all gauges, warning lights and reverse alarm is
working properly
Check engine bay oil leaks and buildup of debris
Check coolant level
Check fuel level
Check the foot break and accelerator pedal operation
Check all pressure gauges are operating in normal
range with running engine
Check loader frame and bushes for movement
Check for smooth operation of controls
Check condition of bucket
Check condition of locking mechanism
Check all lights are in good working condition
Check all hydraulic hoses for damage and leaks
Check all guards, handrails, steps & Covers
Sight obstruction in the operator cabin (Curtain, Carton,
etc.)

Check Fire Extinguisher & First aid Kit
Operator certificate & SAG License
Third Party Inspection Certificate, Company Monthly
Color-coding Inspection Sticker and Project Client
Equipment Sticker.
Visual Emission of Smoke/Fumes
Note: OK – satisfactory / good X – not OK /defective N/A – Not applicable
Report to ESD and have the mechanic fix noted defect/s on your Bobcat.
