background, etc.

It covers hospitality employers and their employees who have jobs listed in the classification of definitions
of the award.

Union – A organization that acts as an intermediary between its members and the business that employs
them.
The main purpose of unions is to gives power to the workers to negotiate for more favourable working
conditions and other benefits through unity/collective bargaining.
