WHEREAS, with the 2021 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela, Amending
Thereby DepEd Memorandum No. 048, s. 2021 titled 2021 Brigada Eskwela Program
Implementing Guidelines, and DepEd Memorandum No. 029, s. 2021 titled 2021 Oplan Balik

Eskwela, the DONEE acknowledges the need for partners in the opening of classes
and Brigada Eskwela 2021 and in the whole-year round;

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide fund assistance for the
honorarium of the volunteers on the conduct of Home Based Brigada Pagbasa which help
learners acquire/improved their literacy and numeracy skills;

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS shall support and initiate by donating building

construction needs; electrical equipment; learning Kits; emergency kits; hygiene kits;
photocopier, isograph and other printing materials; and health and sanitizing
equipment or materials of COVID-19, and sanitation/proper hand washing hygiene
information materials to aid in introducing protection and health protocols to learners and
teachers.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual
covenants, agreements and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree jointly to
be partners in the 2021 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela ;

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

1. The DONEE shall:

1.1 Coordinate with the STAKEHOLDERS of the specification of funds for the
Brigada Pagbasa Implementation and facilities and other resources prior to its
purchase so that the need of the school shall be complied;
1.2 Oversee the management, operation, and maintenance of the facilities and
other resources and purchasing of other equipment donated to the school and
ensure that the same are utilized accordingly.
1.3 Oversee the management of the support given by the STAKEHOLDERS and
ensure that the same are treated well and accommodated accordingly.
2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:
2.1 Coordinate with the DONEE on the specification of the facilities,
equipment, materials and other resources that the school needs;
2.2 Coordinate with the DONEE on the monetary support for the Brigada Pagbasa
on weekends;
2.2 Purchase the needed materials and other resources for the school and donate
the same for the 2021 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan BalikEskwela;

II. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall take effect upon the beginning of 2021 Brigada Eskwela
and Oplan Balik Eskwela and is automatically extended should the 2021 Brigada
Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela is extended by government.
