 2 cups of Water  2 cups of Water

COFFE JELLY CATHEDRAL JELLY DRINK


Ingredients for the Jelly: Ingredients for the Red Jelly:
 4 cups of Water  4 cups of Water
 2 grams of Instant Coffee  25 grams of Unflavored Red Gelatin Powder
 25 grams of Unflavored White/Black Gelatin  1/2 cup of Sugar

 25 grams of Unflavored Green Gelatin Powder

 250 mL of All-purpose Cream

 370 mL of Evaporated Milk  25 grams of Unflavored Yellow Gelatin Powder
 2 cups of Water  1/2 cup of Sugar

BUKO PANDAN JELLY Ingredient for the Cathedral Drink:


Ingredients for the Jelly:  500 mL of Pineapple Juice
 432 grams of Fruit Cocktail
 4 cups of Water
 250 mL of All-purpose Cream
 25 grams of Buko Panda Gelatin Powder
 370 mL of Evaporated Milk
 1/2 cup of Sugar
 450 mL of Condensed Milk
Ingredient for the Buko Pandan Drink:  2 cups of Water
 300 mL of Buko Pandan Creamer
 250 mL of All-purpose Cream
 370 mL of Evaporated Milk
 300 mL of Condensed Milk
 2 cups of Buko Juice
 1 cup of Buko Meat
