AVAILABILITY OF NAME

The above proposed name appears to be available for registration under the provisions of the
Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2017 and Limited Liability Partnership Regulations, 2018.
The proposed name shall be reserved for a period of thirty (30) days in which the proposed LLP
shall be registered. In case the applicant fails to file application for incorporation of LLP within
the said period, the availability of name shall stand cancelled.
