EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

As a student of BBA, It is a part of study for everyone to undergo summer project. This is an
attempt to know how the theories can be put in to practical situations. The Human Resource
are the most important assets of an organization. The success or failure of an organization is
largely depend on the caliber of the people working therein. Without positive and innovative
contributions from people, organizations cannot develop and prosper. In order to attain the
goals or the activities of an institution, therefore, they need to recruit people with requisite
skills, qualifications, and experience. By doing so, they have to keep the present as well as
the future needs of the organization in mind.

I got the opportunity for summer training at HUMAN MICRO SYSTEM PVT LTD. 
I worked for 6 weeks under Summer Internship in Human micro system Pvt. ltd. This project
report has been a significant learning experience for me. This project was undertaken with the
sole objective to study the associated activities during the course of the internship.
The 21st Century surely belongs to human resource not with standing the fact that human
resource outsourcing has become the order of the day. Workers and employees are the
important foundation of the organization and firms and play a significant and crucial role in
success of any company. For the finest functioning of human resource in an organization a
Human Resource Department is must.

In this report I have covered each and everything I have done during the internship and areas
covering all aspect. I have put in my best efforts to complete this report in every aspect. I
have referred all the books and journals of this esteemed organization in this concern. I have
taken help from those persons who are highly related from this topic as much as possible for
me.
In human micro system I got to know Best Recruitment and Staffing Solutions, Expertise in
Headhunting, and Expert in Analysis of candidate's interest and Background which will be
valuable one for my future as well.

PROFILE
HUMAN MICROSYSTEMS

Human Micro Systems or Human Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a private company incorporated on
10 September 2015 and was founded by renowned Raj Ratan Group. The group has been
delivering the world class solutions and the services in the cities and the sectors. The
directors of the Human Micro Systems Limited are Poonam Khatri and Sunil Khatri.
Human Micro Systems started with an idea to support HR framework of the group but slowly
it step up to the best company which specializes in multiple business, countries and sectors. It
involves in activities auxiliary to financial intermediation except insurance and pension
funding.
According to the Company they work with employees to understand their human capital
requirements and help them to implement within their deadlines and budget. The Human
Microsystems have the resources, tools and connections to manage client needs, volumes and
expectations whether the requirement is for one or numerous employees, for tomorrow or
next month. They are dedicated to conducting their business with the utmost integrity and in
accordance with a set of core values and a formal code of ethical business practices.
The authorized share capital is 1,00,00,000 and its paid up capital is 40,000.Human Micro
Systems Private Limited's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held on 30 September
2019 and as per the records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), its balance sheet was
last filed on 31 March 2019.

JOB ROLE
Internships are not just important for the students but also it act as a pipeline to enter into the
company’s talent. This year not only me but also each and every college students faces a new
type of the college experience as their campuses shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
So, to tackle the internship is one of the biggest challenge of the era.
For many students included myself the internships play a vital role to learn and gain
experience in their interested fields but this year it becomes very different due to the
pandemic.
As a marketing intern this semester I’m interning in the HUMAN MICROSYSTEMS
COMPANY and my internship got started on 11 August 2020 . As discussed above in the
previous chapter the Human Micro System is a private company and has been delivering the
world class solutions and services in the cities and sectors But, because of the pandemic I
didn’t experience any kind of real working experience.
The company sent me mails and given the various tasks which I have to complete during the
internship and despite not working in a traditional office environment, I still want to
experience many things.
Some tasks are easier to complete from home than others but some are difficult to continue as
we have to convince others to follow their pages. During the whole internship process there
are two leaders in the groups who are supervising the activities of each and every one of the
group members and these two leaders are in touch with the supervisor of the company.
The various tasks which are given to me during the internship are:
TASK 1: To ask people to follow their pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and review
google and make an excel sheet of it.
TASK 2: To make a questionnaire and make it filled by people
TASK 3: To make a report on the above excel sheets and survey forms.
TASK 4: To make report on the online and offline marketing used by the real estate
companies.

Each and every tasks have different deadlines and we have to work on or before the deadline
given by the company.

The internships not only benefits the students by providing them with bundles of knowledge
but also it helps the company to go ahead in the competitive world and grab the benefits.
There are various benefits of internships for the company so some of the benefits are
discussed below in which my contributions helps

CHAPTER:3
HIGHLIGHTS
OF THE
WORK DONE
As a marketing intern in Human Micro System I have done various tasks given by the
company every week as it is no possible for me to experience the work environment due to
pandemic. The tasks given by the company are somewhat hard for me as well as others in the
group but apart from that they are a little bit easy
The tasks are listed below.
TASK 1: To ask people to follow their pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and make an
excel sheet of it.
TASK 2: To make a questionnaire and make it filled by people
TASK 3: To make a report on the above excel sheets and survey forms.
TASK 4: To make report on the online and offline marketing used by the real estate
companies.
Now let us discuss about each and every task in details
TASK 1
In this task the company sent the various links of their social media handles which includes
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and wants us to follow their social media pages as well as
convince minimum 50 others to do so and make an excel sheet of it.
In this case if a person is not using something like Facebook then he/she may follow other
pages on LinkedIn and Instagram.
In the excel sheet I wrote down the names of people who followed and also wrote done and
not done in the respective sections of the particular person.

TASK 2
In this task I make a questionnaire on the questions which were given by the company and
make it filled by people. The questionnaire were distributed through google forms and had
total of 11 questions eachwhich includes 4 Personal questions and 7 Survey Based questions
and they were asked to fill the questionnaire and submitted through online means.

The question includes that how much time someone spend in reading newspaper, how
someone choose to shop, who is the decision maker in home to buy something etc.

TASK 3
In this task I have to make a report on the General Study of the Consumer based on the
survey done through questionnaire which I got filled by people. In that report I wrote the
Data Analysis and Interpretation. The survey was conducted among 50 people and has 50
responses respectively. The survey shows that most of the people belong to Delhi, India and
most of them were under 20 years of age.
The report includes the data interpretation of each and every question of the questionnaire.

TASK 4
The last but not the least task is to make a report on the Digital Marketing Strategies by the
real estate companies. The report should be of 1000 words and plagiarism free.
In that I chose Godrej Ltd.
From that I learned that The Godrej Properties has been ranked as the number one real estate
developer and amongst the top fifty companies overall four consecutive times by the great
places to work in partnership with the economic times.There are various online platforms
which are used by the company such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Flickr Twitter.
Etc .There are also various apps of the godrej properties which sell flats and also give full
details about them that helps to attracts the customers easily.

CHAPTER:4
ISSUES
AND CHALLENGES

Internship challenges do hit hard because it is the first time students are in such an
environment and aren’t very familiar with work-life issues. Though students could be
fortunate to get a smooth run throughout but there are less chances that they will escape by
the internship challenges.

There are various challenges which are to be faced by the interns at the time of doing various
tasks of the internship. There can be a major challenges or the minor, it depends upon the
nature of the activity which a person is going to do. As the challenges are faced by each and
everyone of the marketing interns so there are some challenges which are faced by me also.
So, some of the challenges are discussed below.
1.UNEXPECTED TASK
One of the biggest challenge faced by me is unexpected tasks. The tasks are unexpected as
they are not related to anything which increase knowledge and skills of the particular person
or we can say that they are not relevant and useful. For e.g: They asked to follow their pages
on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and convince 50 other people to do so.
2.TIMELINE
One of the biggest challenge faced by the marketing intern is to meet the target before the
deadline. When the deadlines comes the pressure is felt by the leaders on me because it is not
good to delay in work but the timeline also helps to do work on time.
3. PRESSURE FROM UPPER LEVEL
After giving certain task to the interns there is a kind of pressure given by the leaders as the
group leader is the one who has to monitor the whole activities and they are the one who is
answerable to the head.
4. TOO MUCH WORK
During the internship there are various task given by the company and which contains lots of
work. Such as we have to make others to follow their pages , making reports, fill up the excel
sheets etc.
5. COMPETITION WITH OTHER INTERNS
Though, mostly each one of us are working in a group and there is a similar company but
apart from that there is certain kind of competition between all of us as the work is same
which is assigned by the company but the aim for each one of us is to complete it before the
deadline as well as to make it more attractive.
6.COVID BARRIER
As due to Covid everything is online so it impossible for us to go and gather knowledge
about anything so its is one of the another biggest challenge as there is no physical work or
neither a use of machineries which further bring lack of knowledge about anything.
7. DON’T HAVE ADEQUETE TRAINING
As everything is online due to COVID and there is no real work to be done by going
somewhere so there is not a proper training given by anyone about the job environment or
anything else.
8. HARD TO CONVINCE BOSS
Another biggest challenge faced by the whole group during the internship is to convince the
boss as in one of the task he asked us to make 50 peoples follow their pages so at the end we
convince him that its not in our hand if someone unfollow their pages after we told them to
follow.
9. CONNECTIVITY OF WI-FI
As we have to do everything online in the internship so sometimes it is hard to complete the
task on time when your wi-fi losts its connectivity due to breakdown or any other electricity
problem then at that time I have to switch to the mobile data which has very low connection.
10. NOT COMPENSATED FOR WORK
The determination which a intern show when he/she be compensated by the company is more
than the determination shown on non compensated internship as to earn even a small amount
of money they give their full potential to complete the task.

So, These are the common internship challenges that are faced by me or every student doing
internships in India. But if we really dig into it, they aren’t that grave or unsolvable.
Adjusting into a new place is always difficult, but if we are patient enough, we can overcome
the challenges within no time.

KEY
LEARNINGS
AND
TAKEAWAYS
Apart for various challenges faced by me during my internship there are various things which
I learn from this Internship.
1.IMPROVEMENT IN SKILLS
One of the most important things which I gain from the internship is the knowledge. This can
include many things like how to fulfill the tasks that are good for the career ahead and also
how to sharpen the skills that I already have.
2. A MORE COMPLETE RESUME
It is one of the best thing about completing an internship as there is a lot which is being added
in the resume. The addition does not only includes the company name or job title but it also
includes all the responsibilities I had.
3. GETTING OUT OF COMFORT ZONE
Being an intern, the students will come across a lot of tasks that will be new to them and also
uncomfortable. So the best thing is to push the limits and get the task done by coming out of
the comfort zone.
4. LEARN FROM CHALLENGES
I learned a lot from the challenges during this entire internship and the students should not
view challenges as failures instead they view them as the learning opportunities and grow
with that opportunities by learning from the challenges.
5. KEEP BRAIN WORKING DURING THE INTERNSHIP
Everytime being in the house because of the lockdown everyone becomes lazy and inactive
so internship is one of the best way to keep the brain working during the whole process and
be actively participate in each meetings and tasks.
6. BE PUNCTUAL
One of the most important value which I learn from the internship is to be punctual.
Punctuality is essential to get the task done on time as well as to join any meetings with the
members .The Punctuality show that how much a person is dedicated towards its work.
7.CONNECT WITH PEOPLE
At the time of doing the internship I connect with lots of people on social media as they
played a very important role in completing the tasks and helps me in accomplishing my task
before the given deadline.
8.WORK HARD
After receiving a particular task I got scared that how it is to be done before the deadline but I
try to avoid it and go ahead and work hard even the task seems unimportant.
9. SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM
An Internship can teach the new graduate that how to work in the professional manner Like
getting things done on time, meet deadlines and attends the meetings. These skills are
important the professional growth.
10.COMPLETED TASKS
Working as a graduate intern I completed many tasks which includes various reports that I
may include in my portfolio. The various documents can help me to get a job.
11. INDEPENDENCE
As a graduate intern I learned that how to make your own decisions and do things on your
own. Being independent is very important in the business world.
