Introduction / Overview of Parts/ Resources/Work step


Classification Request
Advantage:
1. Efficient planning to move spares / organized resources
at station where for task card execution is planned.
2. Accurate calculation of spares forecast to maintain
stock inventory..
3. Avoid financial mismatch.
4. Save time & manhours.
Introduction / Overview of Part Request
Predefined part request information (part number, quantity, probability) which can
be used to create genuine part requests.

Go to view / edit Workorder


Workorder view : Look for Planning View: Top Right Corner:

There are Four Icon:


1 ) Parts Request
. Required part number
. Qty
. Optional Selection
2 ) Resource request
. Aircraft: Aircraft on which the work needs to be performed.
. Tools / Equipment: Tools or equipment needed to perform the work.
. Facility : Facilities where the work will be performed.
. Staff : The employees/staff required to perform the work.
3 ) Reference / Links
. WO.
. PSL ,MR1, MR2 ……..Other information
4 ) View / Edit Work step classification
. Critical Task
. ETOPS relevant
. EWIS
. Power run
. Tank Entry
. Test Flight
. Troubleshooting
1) Parts Request: Enter all required part numbers and qty needed.

Step 1

Step 3 : Add & New for another


part number. & Qty

Repeat steps till entered all


Step 2 required part number ,
then click ‘OK’
2) Resource Request
3) Reference / Link Reference
4) View / edit Work classification step
Pickslip Issue

For your convenience there are 3 possibilities to issue pickslips. They differ only
in the way that the part requests are being selected for which a pickslip should be
issued.
 Issue Pickslip... (all avail.):

Issues a pickslip for all open part requests for which there is enough quantity on
Stock (green).
 Issue Pickslip... (selected):

Issues a pickslip for all part requests selected on the screen.


 Issue Pickslip... (all open):

Issues a pickslip for all open part requests.
