Coordinate with Civil department to build the machine foundation

All grouting plates, Agitator rings will be fixed in civil foundation prior to

Planning and execute the “insert plate” fixing for the pipe line support,

platform support in civil columns and walls prior to cast the concrete

4 “T Bar” erection prior to sole plate erection for high speed machines 

All sole plate foundation bolt or fixing stud’s torque will checked with

proper torque wrench with required torque
Paper machine component and project materials will be unloaded in
6 project site from the container & ensure the quantity as per the packing 
slip
Erect all Pulp mill equipment and paper machine component with
7 
precision alignment according to the standard erection norms
8 Utility erection like Compressors, ETP,fresh water system 

9 All pumps, Agitators and Vacuum pump erection with proper alignment. 

After completion of wire part and press part erection, Cantilever test will
10 
be conducted with specified time to ensure the defluxion with in norms

Erect the Paper machine Drive Gear Boxes with Motor with proper
11 
alignment & protocol will be recorded.

12 Erection of Platform and ladders for paper machine and pulp mill 
13 Steam and Condensate system erection 
Centralized Oil lubrication system erection and pipeline fabrication &

erection

15 Hood and fans erection for dryer 
