1) The complainant's salary account was debited multiple times on March 1st, 2021 through ATM transactions by an unknown person. 2) The complainant received a call from an unknown number claiming to be a bank agent asking for personal information. They provided their ATM card number, holder name, and OTPs due to lack of understanding of their importance. 3) The next day, the complainant's debit card was blocked when trying to withdraw cash. The bank said it was due to irregular transactions and that no call was made by the company. The complainant believes it was due to fraud from providing information to the unknown caller.

Respected Sir,
It is respectfully submitted that My Salary account is debited multiple times on
st
01 /Mar/2021 through ATM Debit Card Transactions from unknown person.
Actually, on 01/Mar/2021 I received a call from unknown number …….. and telling him a Bank
agent and needs to verify his information. I refused to give any information because number of
caller was mobile number and then I ended the call.
Further said that, call comes from other number which looked like a company number and he
was telling him a bank agent and asking me personal information and he said that if I failed to
give any information that then my account will be blocked. He asks my ATM Debit Card
Number, ATM Holder Name and against this many OTP (One Time Password) Sms generated. I
told him all OTPs because lack of importance of OTPs I will tell him all OTP codes.
On the next day, when I try to withdraw cash from my Debit Card, the debit card found blocked.
I called the company to ask about the ATM status for which they told that due to irregular
transactions company blocked the ATM. And there was no call been made from a company.
