This document summarizes the commissioning record of the main distribution board located in the B2 car parking elevator room near Tower 1-C41 of the Media Zone Development project in Abu Dhabi. It details the panel location, incoming cable specifications, protective device type and rating, circuit details including circuit number, designation, circuit breaker amps and type, number of cable cores and sizes, ECC and RCB ratings. Insulation resistance tests were conducted on each phase and found to be greater than 1000 MΩ. Cold tests also showed continuity on each circuit. The panel was tested by Rajamallu on August 4, 2021 using a Hioki instrument.
