Solicitation Letter - Church'
Warm Greetings!
It’s been five years now since Super Typhoon Yolanda terribly hit this place and left a lot
of families homeless. Our church was not an exemption to the structures damaged by the
typhoon.
What happened did not cause the faith of the Church brethren to waiver. Instead, every
family, in spite of the meager income, faithfully helped financially. The Lord also worked
miraculously to restore His house of worship back to shape. He touched the heart of many kind-
hearted individuals and cash donation came in overwhelmingly.
Gradually, improvements in our church have been done, and with that we are very grateful
for the guidance of the Lord.
But just recently, our church public address system, the amplifier and speaker were stolen.
The burglars entered the church in the middle of the night through the glass window.
In connection to this, the members of the Church Board, during the meeting, agreed and
decided to put up iron window grills to protect and secure church properties. This is the very
reason why we are sending letters of solicitation. The financial help you can extend to our church
will be a great help for the advancement of the Lord’s work and will be heartily appreciated.
May you experience a hundredfold of God’s blessings as you give unselfishly to His
church. Thank you very much for the generosity.
